Last night my DVD player went on the fritz and apparently just isn’t working anymore, so I dug out my VCR and some VHS movies I still had kicking around… I decided to watch “Aladdin”, lol :P (hey it’s a classic, and my options were rather limited..) Anyway, while I was adjusting the tracking it felt like a total time-warp! Pretty amazing how much technology has changed in such a short period of time, and keeps advancing every day… when I stop to think about it, it kind of blows my mind a little :P

I do have another DVD player at a buddy’s place and I was going to pick it up today, but now I think I’ll wait and watch a few old-school VHS movies first… enjoying the nostalgia of it all, lol :)

For the next couple of days I’m going to be busy working on design ideas for Sidekick Clothing, a new company that a VERY good friend of mine is in the process of launching. I was kind of the main inspiration behind it, so am going to be pretty involved from a creative standpoint. It features urban styles of streetwear for both men and women, and you can expect to see me shamelessly promoting the hell out of it as time goes on. ;)

They haven’t set up anything online yet, so I don’t have any links for you guys to see what it’s all about quite yet… but it should be set up within the coming weeks. For now, here is a rough draft of the design logo.. so you can get a bit of a picture of the concept of the line. :)
