Yes, it’s finally happening! Remember the post I did back in August about playing Beer Pong at the cabin? (this one..) Well after that, I challenged Ariel to a match! We are going to videotape the whole thing, of course 
And “When is this happening??” you ask.. Well it’s finally official!! I will be returning to Montreal in mid-November!! (only a few short weeks away now!) By the end of my visit, we should be ready to launch the new site. I’M SO EXCITED!!

Cue the unsolicited advice!
The best thing I’m aware of to combat a cold—even better than chicken soup, though not mutually exclusive to it either—is a good long, sleep. Good sleep is essential to the immune system. And preserving body heat seems to be key as well. For best results, turn up the heat a notch and/or throw on an extra blanket or two, plus cover your head with a sleeping cap or a pillow or Mozart or something.
Always seems to work for me, though I only get a cold maybe once a year, if that. The effect is to sort of sweat out the cold, so be warned… you need to stay hydrated. Combining this with chicken soup probably wouldn’t be the worst idea!
And I should probably reiterate… I’m not a doctor… I just like to play one in your bedroom!
Anyhoo, happy you are going to visit Ariel at last, and very excited (in more ways than one) to hear your new site will open soon.

Of course, predictably, after I brag about never getting sick, I immediately come down with a nasty cold. So I’ve been following my own advice all weekend. Pretty much on the other side of it now.

Well I haven’t played since back in August, and it was just that weekend. I don’t plan on playing again until I’m in Montreal.. but go ahead and practice if that’s what you want to do, I love a good challenge! lol
